Azure Diagnostics Manager is a Windows (WPF) based client for managing Windows Azure Diagnostics. It lets you view, download, and manage the diagnostics data collected by the applications running in Windows Azure.

Event Viewer: View and download the events logged by your Azure applications using familiar Windows Event Viewer like interface. You will be able to filter the data as well.
Performance Counters: View the performance of your applications using interactive charts of the performance counters. You can download the data in delimited format.
Trace Logs: View and download the trace data logged by your Azure applications. You will be able to filter the data as well.
Infrastructure Logs: View and download the diagnostics infrastructure data logged by Azure. You will be able to filter the data as well.
IIS, Failed Requests, Crash Dump Logs: View and download IIS Logs, IIS Failed Request Logs and Crash Dump logs created by your applications running in Windows Azure.
On Demand Transfer: Transfer the data stored in your Azure application VM to Azure Storage using this tool.
Remote Diagnostics Management: You can modify Windows Azure Diagnostics configuration information and schedule transfers from Azure Diagnostics Manager.
Dashboard: Dashboard feature allows you to monitor live performance counters, event logs and trace logs all on one screen.
